Sesame Ginger Dressing
1 tbsp brown sugar1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1/4 c. Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or your favorite soy sauce)
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp minced ginger
Salad
2 c. shredded cole slaw mix1/2 c. fresh bean sprouts
1/4 c. sliced red bell pepper
1 tbsp sliced almonds
1/2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1/4 c. mandarin pieces (optional)
Garnish
green onion sliced on the diagonalsesame seeds
crispy chow mein noodles
Directions
1. Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside;
2. Mix salad ingredients;
3. Drizzle Sesame Ginger dressing and toss;
4. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onion, and chow mein noodles;
5. Serve and enjoy!
